Shipping policy

Shipping Fees:

My Animal Design works with suppliers based in the UK, USA, Germany and other countries, and is therefore able to offer competitive shipping fees.

As an example, we charge a standard flat shipping fee of £2.80 for t-shirts to England, Scotland and Wales. A standard flat shipping fee of £3.61 for t-shirts to the USA.

If you have difficulty placing an order to a particular country, email info@myanimaldesign.com and we will look at a solution for you.

Dispatch Timelines:

Each item is made to order and therefore we need a few days to produce the item before dispatching. Once dispatched, delivery is usually pretty quick. However, there may be some items that take longer and we will notify you beforehand if an item is expected to have a longer delivery time. 

Delivery Tracking:

We provide tracking details for all orders once dispatched. You will receive an email with  the tracking details containing a link to the courier website. Please note that tracking links won't become live until the courier has scanned the parcel on collection, which may take several hours.
