When will I get my order ?

Each T-shirt or item of clothing is made to order. Therefore, it may take 2 to 3 days before your order gets shipped out. But once it has shipped, Delivery is Fast. We will email you a tracking number depending on the country you are in
Can you use a Discount code on a Sale item ?

Yes, sure. A discount code can be applied to any item, whether it is on Sale or not
Why does an item show on Sale but the price does not look discounted ?

An item (most commonly a T-shirt) normally defaults to a (S)mall size - it may be that an M or other size is on Sale, but the S item is at full price. Check the other sizes
My Size or Colour is Out of Stock

Unfortunately, some Sizes or Colours do sell out. Please purchase another colour or come back in a few days and we should have the item back in stock. If that fails, please email us on info@myanimaldesign.com and we'll try our best to get a special order organised for you
Are all of your designs original ?

Yes. We design every single graphic in-house
I like the Design but I want to customise it, ie. add my name to it ?

Let us know your requirements and we will do our best to customise it for you
Why are 2XL and 3XL T-shirts more expensive than other sizes ?

There are 2 main reasons:

  • Larger sizes require more raw material and therefore the material and production costs are higher.
  • Lower demand for larger sizes means our supplier cannot offer bulk discounts.
